Promotion: To celebrate the new year, Popdarts is offering a Pro Pack for just $1. Customers who sign up for the Popdarts newsletter through the form on the Promoter’s website will receive an exclusive link (“Promotional Link”) to purchase the One Dolla Pro Pack when the promotion goes live. The promotion will run for 25 hours only.

Promotional Period:

• Start Date: February 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM
• End Date: February 13, 2025, at 8:00 PM

Criteria:
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Customer must:

1. Sign up for the Popdarts newsletter by entering their name, email, and optional mobile number for SMS notifications during the Promotional Period.
2. Be located in a region where the Promoter ships products.

Customers who sign up for SMS notifications will receive a 30-minute early access window before the promotion link is shared with others.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement: These terms and conditions are between Popdarts, Inc. (the “Promoter”) and you, the person participating in the Promotion (the “Customer”).
2. Acceptance: By signing up and participating in the Promotion, you agree to the terms outlined here. Additional details are included in the Schedule and promotional content.
3. Modification: The Promoter reserves the right to change, cancel, or withdraw the Promotion at any time. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

5. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period begins on February 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM and concludes February 13, 2025, at 8:00 PM. The Promoter will provide a 24-hour notice via email to notify customers when the Promotion goes live.
6. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to individuals who meet the Criteria listed above.
7. Participation:
   a. To participate, Customers must sign up using the form on the Promoter’s website before the promotional period ends.
   b. Customers who sign up for SMS will receive 30-minute early access to the purchase link.
8. Availability:
   a. The Promotion operates on a first come, first serve basis.
   b. The promotion link will expire once the 25-hour promotional period ends or inventory runs out, whichever occurs first.
   c. Customers are not guaranteed access to purchase if inventory is depleted.
9. No Refunds: Purchases made under the Promotion are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
10. One Use Per Person: Each Customer may participate in the Promotion once.
11. Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify any Customer's details, including identity, age, and location, at any time.
