Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer a variety of shipping services and rates offered based on your location and the items in your cart. Occasionally, logistics issues among carriers may cause shipping delays that are outside of our control. 

NOTE: Free shipping over $75.

International Shipping

We believe fun should not be limited to the USA! That is why, for select products, we offer international shipping options. 

NOTE: The customer is responsible for any duty fees associated with delivery. Customers who place an order and refuse customs payment after shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of $40.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
